Clinical nurse manager - telemtry observation - (Chambersburg, PA)

Description: Hospital distinguished as a top 5% medical center in the Nation for clinical excellence in 2017 & 2018 is looking for a NIGHT clinical nurse manager to oversee their 30-bed telemetry observation unit. This facility is a 275-bed, nonprofit, community based facility with full Joint Commission Accreditation and Teaching Status. Summary of Position: -Interdisciplinary team approach to patient care -Assist with EKG, ACLS, and education classes -Highly motivated staff and supported by a visible and involved management team who encourage feedback, ideas, and unit growth -Quick paced -Monitor technicians are located on the unit/Responsible for on-going surveillance of patient cardiac monitors and provides nurses and or clinicians with immediate notifications of any changes in cardiac rhythms Position responsibilities: -Bachelors degree in nursing preferred/required within 3yrs of hire -Current RN license in state of PA without restrictions -BLS
