Specialist - Leasing (Accounts Payable) - (Dallas, TX)

The Accounts Payable-Leasing Specialist will be responsible for processing and researching invoices received by the Real Estate Team (RET) and addressing lease related matters, including overseeing rent payments, rent escalations, etc. Also, responsible for supporting RET with lease administration, portfolio optimization and other real estate activities. The ideal candidate needs to possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and must have a strong analytical mentality. Applicant must be decisive and detail-oriented, have a drive for issue solving, continuous improvement and an ownership attitude. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Process recurring rent payments and work with A/P monthly on CPI rent escalations and terminations * Calculate and process percentage rents * Review CAM reconciliations pursuant to lease qualifications * Communicate effectively with Landlords to remedy aged and outstanding payments * Provide coding for invoices and checks received
