Staff Environmental Scientist - Compliance & Due Diligence (Entry Level) - (Beachwood, OH)

ERM is seeking a junior-level Staff Environmental Scientist - Compliance & Due Diligence to support our current and growing project workload in our Cleveland, Ohio office. This staff person will work within our Environmental Performance Assurance and Due Diligence practices in Cleveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will provide technical assistance on environmental due diligence transaction projects, and participate on regulatory compliance related projects, such as EHS compliance audits and program development and training. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Participate in and support the Performance and Assurance practice in the Cleveland/Pittsburgh offices with a wide variety of services and projects including but not limited to: * Perform environmental due diligence projects for industrial and commercial transactions, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments consistent with ASTM standards. * Provide consulting advice to industry and legal clients.
