Lead Informatics Consultant, Internal Audit - (Hartford, CT)

JOB OVERVIEW Responsible for executing and managing various complex projects across multiple business segments while keeping auditees informed on the progress of the audit. Responsible for leading risk assessment, scoping and planning of engagements, executing test plans, documenting test results and substantiating all findings with complete work papers and supporting audit documents. Utilize a hypothesis-driven problem-solving approach to design, construct and rapidly test/iterate exploratory analysis that reveal insight and opportunities for the auditee. Develop audit project management and data analytic tools that are used to effectively manage, document and execute audits Perform applied statistical research and custom analysis of integrated healthcare data, interpret results and make recommendations based on analytic findings to business areas. Champion means to maximize team performance while aligning audit coverage to the enterprise goals and foster a diverse and inclusive environment.
