Enable unparalleled guest service by leading the Meat and Seafood team by example, constantly striving to delight and surprise our guests, vendors, and stakeholders. Cultivate a foodie culture by sharing excitement and passion for Meat and Seafood products with Teammates and guests. Inspire the Meat and Seafood team and our guests with a passion for food and a willingness to go the Extra Mile to provide the best product. Set and reach aggressive sales and profit goals by encouraging sampling and suggesting when appropriate, while also managing shrink. Establish an ongoing communication plan with the Meat and Seafood team, ensuring that all Teammates are informed and prepared to put their best food forward! --Ensure that all Meat and Seafood cases and displays are presented according to food safety guidelines and workplace standards.
