North Shore Medical Center (NSMC) has been ranked among the top 5 Best Hospitals in the Boston Metro Area and among the top 6 in Massachusetts by U.S. News * World Report. NSMC Salem Hospital is a community teaching hospital with 250 beds. This is a second shift opportunity (3pm start time) and will require some weekends and holidays. The selected applicant will lead, train and develop a team of up to 45 employees in the Environmental Services/Housekeeping department and will oversee inpatient areas as well as clinic outpatient areas. This Operations Manager will place a large focus on customer service, team work, the patient background and positively affecting patient satisfaction scores.
