Quality Supervisor (1st & 3rd Shifts) - (Spartanburg, SC)

Spartanburg, SC area automotive tier one manufacturer is seeking Quality Supervisors for the first and third (11PM-7AM) shifts to meet customer and in-plant quality specifications with support of quality manager and quality technicians. Will work with suppliers to establish Statistical Process Control programs and monitor their compliance with the program. Will be responsible for the achievement of plant Quality goals and objectives including Cost of Quality, PPM, IPPM, Scrap, Customer service goals, Continuous Improvement and assist in the development of standardized work processes, process improvements, work instructions, training on processes, and supervise daily quality operations including management of Layered Process Audits and implementation of ISO and TS initiatives. Must have a Bachelors degree and a min of 5 years of supervisory background in an automotive manufacturing environment. Must have knowledge of AIAG Core Tools and background in leading TS-16949 certification. Salary up to $ 80,000.
