Responsibilities We are currently seeking a full-time collections representative to follow up with both insurance adjusters and residential customers, and collect payment in full on water restoration jobs within a specified time frame. Necessary skills & Responsibilities: 3-five years accounts receivable/collections background Background in the insurance or water restoration industry Administrative background in the restoration (preferred) or service industry Skilled with Ms office (Ms word, Microsoft excel) Knowledge of Xactimate/able to write estimates for residential customers is a plus Highly motivated, detail oriented, able to operate independently Outstanding organizational
