Maintenance Mechanic Lead - Basalite Concrete Products JOB DESCRIPTION: Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, this position maintains and repairs machinery and equipment and performs other related duties as required. This position necessitates a high-level of analytical abilities and mechanical troubleshooting abilities. Background in hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and maintenance is necessary. In this role, your critical responsibilities will be to organize and oversee a team of technicians actively involved in various technical specialties. The job entails instructing and offering guidance while also being actively involved in 1 or more of the maintenance activities.
