Hvac Certified Multifamily Housing Maintenance Tech - Grandview Garden Apartments Mutli-family apartment complex looking to hire a full time, dependable HVAC certified maintenance technician. Candidate must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentary and tile work. Job assignments include make readies, service request and on call rotation. Candidate must have HVAC certification, current drivers license, reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, clean criminal record and clean drug screening.
