Maintenance Technician II - (Dallas, TX)

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the support of production equipment and other facility assets. This Technician must be able to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, maintain and repair operating equipment during production and breakdowns. In addition, the Maintenance Technician will work with others to achieve plant business objectives of safety, productivity, customer service, quality, cost and environmental protection. Responsibilities: * Troubleshoots production equipment and mechanical failures, repairs and performs preventive maintenance (PM) as required to ensure equipment reliability * Assists Operations, Quality and Engineering teams with root cause analysis for five Why s, Change management, Incident Management, and Non-Conformances to identify reasons for incident causes * Works with operators and support production and transfer skills to other technicians
