Job summary: Overaa Construction is seeking a full time IT Support Specialist to join our IT Team overseeing our extensive network environmental of over 300+ users. Assignments include: Help Manage/Monitor IT Ticketing System: Assign tickets, update end-users on ticket status, monitor ticketing system, and provide 1st-level support. Help Manage Jobsite Requests: Provide IT jobsite support for hardware and software issues such as printer issues, local jobsite network issues and computers. Provide IT Support: Work with our IT Department troubleshooting IT issues such as desktop setup/issues, printer setup/issues, software installs, and other IT equipment support. Maintain IT Asset Database: Help track IT equipment at the jobsite and office.
