Concierge (Part-Time Weekend) - (Moraga, CA)

Concierge We are located in the beautiful town of Moraga, (only twenty minutes from Oakland or Walnut Creek and less than 30 minutes from Berkeley, Richmond or El Sobrante). This position is Thursday-Sunday 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Must be available weekends! If you have a radiant smile and microsoft excel in multitasking join our team and become the central hub of our community!Your contributions to the team may include: Greet and direct visitors, families, residents, and employees to the right person or place Answer all phone calls within three rings in a professional manner Coordinate medical appointments and family outings with Care and Nursing Staff In depth familiarity with the community layout and employees responsibilities What you'll need to rock this job: Previous background working as a Receptionist/Concierge Compassionate and positive attitude AMAZING interpersonal skills Adapt to change and expertise to multitask Expertise to remain calm and think quickly under stressful situations Please enjoy this
