Employment Litigation Associate Attorney - (Phoenix, AZ)

Phoenix office of an AmLaw firm seeks employment litigation associate attorney with two years of background. The applicant will handle defense of agency fees of discrimination and lawsuits involving a wide range of employment related claims, and will provide advice and counsel involving related issues. Will advise and train employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in a wide spectrum of employment matters, including discrimination, contract, employment tort, wage and hour, and non-compete cases. Should have a strong interest in a labor and employment litigation practice. Must be admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and in good standing.
