Senior Business and Real Estate Law Associate Attorney - (Napa, CA)

Napa office of our client seeks senior business and real estate law associate attorney with 6-10yrs of background. The applicant will be primarily responsible for handling their own (sizable) case load. Will service clients in all stages of business and real estate transaction, including: Business formations including (LLC, Corporation, Partnerships) including drafting and filing formation documents, shareholder agreements and by-sell agreements; Purchases and sales of businesses; Purchase, sale and lease of real estate; Financings including private placements of equity and bank financing. Act as outside general counsel to firm business clients. Mentor and train junior associates. Active involvement in the community. Perform other duties as necessary as assigned by management. Must have background in managing full-cycle corporation or real estate transactions. Must be experienced in marketing their practice and be expected to develop their own clients.
