Production Coordinator II - (Madison, AL)

General Description Creates schedules based on shop load, period of performance, and lead times per make and buy items. Duties Review routers prior to release. Review BOMs as needed to help ensure accuracy. Prints and distributes manufacturing data packages for assigned projects on scheduled plan release dates. Attends material review board meetings and help determine root cause and help determine method for correcting nonconformance. Coordinate with Program Managers and Manufacturing Engineers in implementing engineering changes. Monitor the execution of the production plan and escalate potential issues in a timely manner. Create and print vendor consignment notice and coordinates outside processing. Work together and maintain professional relationships with all members of the manufacturing team. Expedite material from building to building "as required" to assist with production flow.
