Acme Smoked Fish is seeking an Multilingual (Spanish) Evening Production Superintendent to join our cold smoked seafood processing team in Wilmington, North Carolina. We are looking for individuals with managerial experience to join our leadership team of professionals in driving a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing to help us meet and exceed our business objectives. Job overview: Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Multilingual Evening Production Superintendent will be responsible for leading a team of Production Associates in processing/packaging departments to meet company, department and line goals as well as standards for safety, quality, yield, efficiency and cost. The Superintendent will be directly involved with hiring decisions, the development and training of all associates in conjunction with our company policies, procedures and culture while maintaining high-level of employee morale and dedication to serving our customers.
