This position is PRN. Collaborates with location leadership on implementation of clinical programs and projects. Participates in the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and performance improvement project teams. Assists hospice location employees in maximizing client quality of life. Evaluates clients who have acute changes in condition, and collaborates with the primary care provider and employees to implement appropriate interventions. Documents medical care provided.
