Salary Details: The compensation range listed above includes locality pay of 28.02%, COLA pay of 3.74% and a retention incentive of 25% of basic pay that is unique to this duty location. In order to recruit and retain highly qualified employees at this location, TSA has approved the payment of a bi-weekly retention incentive. The current starting hourly rate for this position is $22.33.
