Senior Manager Cyber Defense - (Tampa, FL)

The Senior Manager for Amgen's global Cyber Defense Organization maintains primary role to establish, develop, and maintain all Cyber Protect & Detect (P&D) functions under the Global Info Protection (GIP) Organization.The Sr Manager Details Systems (Details Security) will work with various stakeholders at Amgen in a manner aligned to Amgen's values to define and implement info security strategies, initiatives, standards, tools and processes.The Sr Manager will be based at Amgen's Capability Center located in Tampa, Florida.Key responsibilities may include the following: Work with GIP senior management to scope and prioritize details security initiatives aligned with Amgen's goals and objectives Management of the Protect & Detect (P&D) team including goal and objectives planning, career development planning, and providing guidance and mentorship Management of the Protect & Detect stack from end-to-end working through the P&D service owners in strategizing, implementing, and continuously improving the service
