Payroll Specialist - NexGen Payroll and Business Solutions NexGen Payroll and Business Solutions is growing and is looking for a Payroll Specialist! Assignments include: Perform payroll-related data entry functions such as processing new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, wage garnishments, deductions, direct deposit changes Review payroll reports for accuracy Provide all required payroll reports to client Maintain employee payroll records for PAID-TIME-OFF plans such as vacation and sick leave Maintain a good relationship with each client and help with any inquiries concerning pay deductions, wage garnishments, child support payments, employment verifications, or reporting needs Assist with the development and implementation of payroll practices, policies, and procedures We are looking for the right applicant that is eager, well versed on computers, has a great attitude, wants to provide great service to our clients, is willing to learn, and wants to be a key contributor.
