Essential responsibilities/Accountabilities: Leads Fabrication estimation inputs for assigned bids. Ensures review of specifications; build sequences and complexity to develop the fabrication man-hours estimate. Prepares AFC fabrication estimates in accordance with the Level two procedures. Identifies changes to AFC scope from bid assumptions and recommends rate revisions. Maintains historical records of Fabrication man-hours. Reviews, queries and understands the ITT scope of work, specifications and standards and raise clarifications. Reviews, queries and understands contract price form, clarifies unit rate and lump sum breakdown. Understands the fabrication/erection sequences and applies the same for estimation.
