Insurance Defense Associate Attorney - (Rocky Hill, CT)

Rocky Hill office of our client seeks associate attorney with 3-5 yrs of background in insurance defense, insurance coverage and/or construction litigation. The applicant will manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end. Will handle assigned caseload both independently and with supervision. Draft of pleadings, motions, discovery demands. Maintain an excellent relationship with clients, including complying with all client guidelines. Ensure all deadlines are met. Accurately record and maintain billable hours. Should preferably have background in insurance defense, insurance coverage and/or construction litigation. Background with depositions, court appearances and motion practice is essential. Must be admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut. Familiarity with Connecticut rules, civil procedure and court practice is essential.Additional Skills: The applicant should have strong and professional communication expertise, and be ambitious, friendly and outgoing.
