-- Program Overview: -- Manage and tune in-house computer systems and network connections to ensure high levels of availability and security of the supported business applications. Participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices and regulatory qualifications. -- Will act in the capacity of a Technical Lead and lead a team of Network and System Administrators. Participate in coordination meetings and facilitate tasking to teammates. Compile weekly reports. Shall support engineering efforts for the implementation of multiple virtual Windows environments using VMware software or physical servers within a data center or stand-alone environment. Shall interpret server operational characteristics and accurately determine the presence of a problem, identify possible solutions, select the most appropriate solution, and implement that solution in a timely manner.
