Microbiologist / Quality Specialist FCC Position details Microbiologist / Quality Specialist Beech Island, SC This position will perform and supervise various tasks in the Wet Wipes microbiology laboratory to support the timely release of products to customers. This resource will be capable of serving as a short term backup to the Quality Specialist. Position Purpose: Perform and supervise the various tasks related to the microbiology lab processes and procedures that ensure the quality of both raw materials and finished products and provide leadership and coordination to ensure environmental standards are maintained and finished product is released on time. This position is accountable for operating and maintaining lab equipment, performing lab and field procedures, collecting and analyzing samples using various microbiological methods, writing and maintaining reports of activities, ordering supplies, and releasing product.
