Microbiologist- Cosmetics and Skin Care - (Boca Raton, FL)

I. MISSIONA. To perform tests for Finished Goods (FG), Work in Progress (WIP), Packaging (PKG), bulk (BULK), and raw materials (RAW) to ensure product quality is maintained in compliance to specification.B. Maintain good laboratory practices. II. KEY FUNCTIONS 1. Perform micro testing on raw materials, bulk, WIPs, PKG, and FG according to SOPs. 2. Validate all processes in the microbiology lab 3. Create and implement proper procedures for reading results. Follow accordingly 4. Create sampling and repeat/retest procedures. Follow accordingly 5. Create and develop Micro Challenge Testing to ensure we are in compliance. 6. Ensure that laboratory equipment is in good operating condition and calibrated. Ensure that daily verifications are done as needed 7. Complete all required documentation for full traceability 8. Ensure that samples are plated in accordance with approved routings and that results are updated on an ongoing basis in Oracle 9.
