Service ociate/Teller - (Snellville, GA)

Reports To: Lead Service ociate/Branch Manager Position info: Provides teller services to customers in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner while maintaining the confidentiality of the Banks records and customer transactions. Completes Transactions (of varying complexities according to established guidelines and adhering to the Banks policies and procedures.) Identifies and appropriately handles sales referral opportunities. Essential/Primary Job Functions: Performs basic teller functions: processing deposits, withdrawals and payments Provides exemplary customer service; responds efficiently and promptly to customers' inquiries and needs. Appropriately refers customers to other Bank services (business accounts, insurance, loans, etc.). Remains up to date and adheres to all Bank guidelines, policies and procedures. Consistently maintains confidentiality of all records (the Bank's and the customers').
