The Member Service ociate is responsible for positive member experience delivery through sales and service performance. Responsible for meeting and servicing the financial needs of all members through excellent service and promoting Credit Union products based upon member needs. - Enthusiastically promote member awareness of loan products and financial services available to fit their financial needs. - Performing teller duties. - Opening new accounts. - Respond and ist members with inquiries. - ist members with loans and other financial opportunities. - Provide exceptional member service.
