Small Business Banker / Commercial Loan Officer Job - (Lexington, SC)

A very reputable financial insution is confidentially looking to add a Small Business/Commercial Loan officer to their growing family. This opportunity would be great for someone that is looking to be a part of a growing and innovative company! ignments include: Initiates and cultivates new loan relationships for the company through active business development efforts including calls, visits, and industry involvement. Analyze commercial loans by interviewing candidates to develop financial and credit info, defined needs, and determine the risk ociated with the request. Works with a credit underwriter to ensure the complete analysis of all financial and industry information. Qualifications: Qualified applicants will have at least 5 years commercial lending experience as a relationship manager with demonstrated business development and credit analysis/underwriting experience. SBA lending experience is preferred but not required.
