Loan Servicing Specialist - (St Petersburg, FL)

Loan Servicing Specialist Primary Purpose of Position: The primary purpose of the Loan Servicing Specialist is to reconcile various general ledger and/or DDA accounts primarily related to SBA loan activity. This position also completes monthly participant reconciliations and payment submissions. Primary ignments include but are not limited to: Processes SBA, Colson, and loan participant related requests in the servicing system ists with individual or bulk SBA loan sales Processes loan payments on our substantial loan portfolio Prepares and processes documents on paid off loans Processes daily loan servicing requests Prepares or verifies loan documents prepared by other loan operations team members, such as satisfaction of mortgages, UCC releases, etc.
