Job Number: R0046934 Software development Project Manager Key Role: Maintain responsibility for all aspects of the development and implementation of igned projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects. Take projects from original concept through final implementation and interface with all areas affected by the project, including end users, computer services, and client services. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conduct project meetings and maintain responsibility for project tracking and analysis. Establish milestones, anticipate issues, and monitor adherence to project scope, qualifications, and design documents and schedules. Embrace, coach, and steer Agile best practices and principles within the team and define and refine metrics to understand team performance. Solicit feedback from team members and interested stakeholders.
