What you'll be doing: Values and Employee Background: Focus on creating the best possible employee background for Company’s workforce. Support retention by continuing to make Company an amazing place to work and have fun building a great product background. Develop and oversee programs to drive employee engagement and satisfaction. Continuously improve and innovate on the service level to our employees in the fundamental human resource functions. Lead an operationally strong organization with scalable systems, processes and analytics to measure and constantly improve Company's people background Thought Leadership and Coaching: Work efficiently, transparently and in a partner-like fashion to advise, coach and influence the CEO and Company leadership team. Work together with executives on matters of talent, succession, development and compensation.
