If you enjoy a variety of tasks, like to interact with the public, and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, this is the job for you Your great communication ability and ability to mulask will enable you to easily adapt to SCCUs sales culture and utilize effective referral techniques for all SCCU products and services.As a Member Service Specialist job requirements will include processing transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Member Service Specialist also sell monetary instruments, ist Members with various services, processing check orders, open and close loans as scheduled, and process changes. You will also be responsible for explaining various loan products and payment options such as dealer and private sale auto loans, credit cards, mortgage loans, equity loans and various insurance products.
