Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Teller - (Versailles, KY)

FUNCTION OF POSITION : This position, primarily, has responsibility for serving customers by completing account transactions as required. The CSR / Teller is expected to provide effective customer services by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and services to tailor solutions to individual customer needs. REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES : Provides a complete range of customer services at the financial insution, including opening new accounts, explaining available financial insution products and services, and gathering customer information to process new and existing accounts. Cash checks and pay out money after verifying that signatures are correct, that written and numerical amounts agree, and that accounts have sufficient funds. Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and check accuracy of deposit slips. Record holds in accordance with Reg. CC and bank policy. Enter customers' transactions into computers to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipts.
