Part Time Bank Teller/PT Customer Service Representative - (Pullman, WA)

The position of Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing courteous and efficient service to branch clients by opening and closing new accounts; processing checking and savings transactions; answering questions, in person and on the phone; processing loan payments; and cross selling bank services. High school degree or approved equivalent. Strong skills in math, keyboarding, 10-key, and filing. Excellent organizational and communication ability. Computer proficiency in Microsoft office applications and internet usage. Prior experience preferred in handling cash, general clerical duties, and interacting with clients to build rapport and relationships. SDL2017
