Bilingual (French/English) Recruiter, Virtual/Remote - RPO - (Milwaukee, WI)

The Multilingual (French Canadian/English) Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for exempt and non-exempt candidates with MGS clients. This will involve full cycle recruiting (scheduling interviews, assessment testing, employment branding, benefit and culture questions, follow through after the applicant is hired). Assignments include oversight & management of the client-facing responsibilities, including development of recruitment & sourcing strategies. Bi-lingual - French Canadian/English is essential. This position will work virtual from their home office and can be based in Canada or the United States.
