Family Summary/Mission Provides a consistent, effective operating structure for IT projects through sound IT investment analysis, AIS project management methodology, effective AIS project resource allocation, and consolidated AIS project performance reporting. Position description/Mission Manages the day-to-day activities of 1 complex project (cost of $1 million or more) or multiple business-sponsored IT projects (each with project cost of less than $1 million) to deliver tasks on time, within budget, and within scope. Responsible for the success of the project(s). Fundamental Components & Physical demands* Responsible for managing, directing and planning 1 complex or multiple less complex projects. * Expertise to communicate and effectively negotiate with immediate manager(s), peers, and Business with a high-level of confidence and composure. * Provides coaching and team building to ensure that the project teammates develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
