This National Guard position is for a IT SPECIALIST (NETWORK) - TITLE 32, Position summary Number D1560P01and is part of the GA 224 JCSS, National Guard. This is a full time, Excepted Permanent, dual status position which requires Georgia Air National Guard Membership. Area of Consideration: Nationwide members of the Air National Guard in the Military Grade of SRA-MSgt. Responsibilities As a IT Specialist (Network) GS-2210-11, you will: Designs and engineers data and voice networks carried over various transmission systems such as cable systems, fiber optic as well as copper. Engineers and designs router-to-router connections utilizing military and commercial protocols, circuit configurations through military and commercial multiplexers. Develops plans for employment of communications systems to support in-garrison and deployed operations.
