External Learning Consultant - (Hartford, CT)

JOB DETAILS This position will be a part of the Network Strategy and Provider Background organization in institutional business at Aetna. The learning consultant will report to the director of learning & performance for providers. Fundamental Components: This position will work with internal business partners and use a variety of educational media and a systematic instructional design methodology to identify, design, develop, deploy, and potentially deliver educational solutions for Aetna's provider community. While most of the projects will be targeted toward external providers, some internal training will be done as well. Specifically, the learning consultant will: Consult with organizational senior leaders and work groups to develop complex, specialized learning strategies to enhance the provider background. Conduct performance analysis to determine the expectations and gaps for the intended audiences.
