Internship-Ticket Sales w/ Franchise Teams - (Washington, DC)

Job details: Collaborate closely with the Ticket Sales, Group Sales, and Membership Services team to implement Washington Valor/Baltimore Brigade/Washington Mystics/Capital City Go-Go sales initiatives and achieve ticket sales and revenue goals. Internship background will focus on the fundamentals of the sales process. This is a paid internship.Responsibilities: Research, expand, and manage the group sales database with focus on strategic categories for event planning purposes. Make introductory phone calls to group sales prospects. Prepare various marketing items related to group initiatives and programs. Work Washington Valor, Baltimore Brigade, and Washington Mystics home games. Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service. Handle additional duties as assigned by the Director of Ticket Sales & Service. Other duties as assigned.Min Requirements: Must be an undergraduate or graduate student. Must be able to commit to a min of twenty hours per week.
