Night Services Area Manager - (Buena Park, CA)

Overview The Area Manager of Night Services is responsible for all functions of the Night Services department. Through the development of Supervisors, team Leaders, and the front line associates, the Area Manager ensures that the department is meeting the operational goals and standards for associate safety and the detailed cleanliness of the park grounds. Responsibilities * Ensures the park grounds are clean and ready for daily operation by assigning and following up on tasks assigned to the Supervisor, Team Leaders, or front line associates; monitors department supply and equipment levels, and approves purchase orders; coordinates with Management from other departments in regards to general or specific cleaning requests. - Expertise to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
