Supervise assigned divisions within the Telemarketing Department. Follow through on personnel administrative responsibilities. Listen attentively to employees; follow through on their suggestions and comments. Read and evaluate job:related literature to increase job knowledge. Prepare employee time schedules. Oversee all outbound teammates and Team Lead. Work together with the Telemarketing Manager and Training/Recruiting Manager to ensure quality programs, compliance with policies and procedures and timely responses to employee relations issues. Provide ongoing sales training.
