ATHLETIC TRAINER:DIVERSIFIED SERVICES: This position may operate in a physician office, fitness center, or sports setting, and may perform any of the following job functions based upon the specific environment. Provides personalized guidance to individuals with medical conditions to develop, implement and progress individualized fitness/rehabilitation programs with the goal of progressing members to an independent exercise program. Provides assessment, orientation, exercise prescription, and fitness floor interaction geared toward special populations such as osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, orthopedic conditions, arthritis, or those needing recommendations on basic injuries. Works internally with staff to provide monthly continuing-ed and training on exercise prescription.
