Clinical Research Coordinator III - Children's Oncology Program (Full-Time - (Sacramento, CA)
Job overview: The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) III participates in all areas of planning, coordinating, implementing and summarizing clinical trials and other specific research projects presented to or managed by the Sutter Institute for Medical Research (SIMR). The incumbent has responsibility for managing studies that explore complex medical diseases involving specialty and sub-specialty ability, which may last several years. With additional training and mentoring, the incumbent may also be assigned inpatient studies. The CRC III will provide training, project leadership, and quality control oversight of less qualified coordinators. This is an exempt position that may require overnight travel and weekend assignments. Requirements: Education: BS or BA degree in Nursing, Nutrition, Health Science, Business, or Social Sciences or the Equivalent. Relevant background may be substituted for BA/BS degree.
