Required ID:23247 Shift: Days Employment Status:AF : Active : Regular : Full-time Position description 13; The Data Scientist will join an internationally recognized group at the Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia working to transform the health of children. He or she will work within a dynamic team of data scientists, programmers, and researchers as part of PEDSnet (pedsnet), the Research Institutes Applied Clinical Research Center, and the Philadelphia:region Pediatric Big Data project to understand predictors of childhood diseases, improve the quality of childrens healthcare, and rapidly advance knowledge through the creation and development of learning health systems. The Data Coordinating Centers focus is on developing informatics methods to standardize health data from diverse sources, and make intelligent use of the data to produce new and actionable knowledge about child health.
