Quality Assurance Team Lead - (Memphis, TN)

Description: The Quality Assurance Team Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of QA workers. They will work in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Manager to support both internal and supplier conformance to standards of the Quality Management System. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following: Enforce safety and sanitation regulations Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the quality inspection and auditing of goods Read and analyze work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine qualifications and to evaluate current completion estimates and outputs Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet QA goals Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions Demonstrate QA operations and work and safety procedures to new employees
