SUMMARY: To construct, maintain, repair and upkeep the interior and exterior of the facilities including cabinetry, framing, trimming and sheet rocking all new and existing projects. Responsible for a high-level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Construct, stain, laminate and install cabinetry : Frame walls, partitions, ceilings and flooring : Hang sheet rock : Remodel existing structures : Repair damaged walls, fixtures, and the like : Estimate materials required for projects : Maintain carpentry tools KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge and Certification Required: : 2 yrs training or apprenticeship in carpentry or cabinet making : two years on:the:job carpenter background : Proven knowledge of safe operation of all tools relating to carpentry Skills Required: : Accurate and detail:oriented : Highly organized and expertise to adapt quickly to changing priorities : Strong aptitude for woodworking Abilities
