Currently, we re searching for a Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R equipment failures and customer comfort issues, selecting the appropriate diagnostic and repair fees from the flat rate book per company policy, maintaining required levels of truck stock items, advising the Service Manager or Service Dispatcher if the assigned project begins to fall behind average repair times, and working on ideas to reduce cost for the service department with the Service Manager, the General Manager and the Service Dispatcher.
