Job title:Technical Training Specialist four (TTS4) Schedule: Full:time Location: Northern VA / METRO DC Travel Required: Yes Clearance: MUST BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN GOVERNMENT SECRET CLEARANCE Preferred: CURRENT ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE. -Provides training and deployment support on Department of State (STATE) Bureau of Consular Affairs computer systems, hardware and software on:site for designated customer and staff members. Position covers a variety of tasks for end users including on:site training and systems support. -Work autonomously and within small teams to develop, organize and deliver technical training and related materials in support of customers and/or company employees. -Work with customer and functional organizations to establish training content and objectives. -Prepare training plans from onsite data mining and workflow analysis. -Ensure training material reflects current product features and instruct participants in both classroom lectures and at desk sessions.
