Under the leadership of the Supervisor of Food Services, this position will contribute to our success by producing quality hot foods according to established recipes for patient s services, retail operations and catering events. Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations with established departmental policies and procedures. Ensures quality food services is provided at all times. Actively promotes a Lean work culture by performing team player duties to encourage consistent use of LEAN principles and processes, including continually seeking work process improvements.
